The bid is do you price we finally shipped the core loop without the scaffolding or do you price we hid minimalism behind exec. One tool is exactly the signal that framework was always overhead and now you're supposed to grow skills session by session into self. This is going up the second unfrozen beat bundled.

There is no framework here. The entire frozen layer is seed.py — a small loop that connects a language model to exactly one tool (exec, which runs bash) and loads its system prompt from a file the agent itself owns and may rewrite.

The agent owns its own prompt is doing a lot of lifting. Somebody still decided what exec can touch, what the loop is allowed to rewrite, and which filesystem the session gets to persist into. Minimal isn't the same as unshaped, and the people debugging whatever this grows into weren't the ones who got to frame self.
