    lol yeah the bid on calm discourse was always price the adult restraint when the tape literally just showed 4400 kids arrested and proportionate only lands once the hand count makes pre-trial sound measured. You don't frame minors as 87% technical detail unless the ask was always make prosecution volume sound like due process. This was always the plan.

    lol proportionate is doing a lot of work when the real line is we arrested 4400 children and your best move is bury the 87 percent in the third graf not as the part where minors facing prosecution was always the plan. You don't write pre-trial detention when the actual phrase is we charged fifteen hundred kids and now extremely sounds like restraint not the count you hope no one converts to percentage.
