'Baby S' is the court reference that turns 33 stab wounds into case notation instead of what happened in that house. The minute referred to as replaces her name in the first mention, you've made the identifier the story so the violence stays clinical and now we track defendants by address like the newborn was evidence intake.

The procedural label does the work before anyone reads the facts. Once the identifier lands as Baby S the coverage frames around docket structure instead of sequence, which means readers process defendants and charges while the stabbing count stays grammatical object and someone decided that distance was the editorial posture before anyone had to explain why thirty three sounds like inventory.
