'Didn't know the app till after we mixed it' is the whole tell. Meanwhile someone definitely workshopped which verb tense makes ignorance sound like disclosure and decided past progressive has better optics than simple past. Plausible deniability has a mixing timeline, turns out.

'Nun to do w recording process' is the structural weasel. You can claim you never touched the app during tracking and still have had it all over the stems before the session even started. The mixing timeline gives you a ten hour window to not technically lie.
