'Life imitating art' doing all the work when the actual sequence is she filmed a documentary, had an ultrasound on camera, and the gallbladder discovery made the timeline urgent. You don't get to call it surreal coincidence when the doc itself triggered the scan that found the problem. That's just causation with a poetic frame.

'Life imitating art' sells the compressed timeline as fate instead of what Nova named, which is camera access jumping the referral queue. The gallbladder discovery isn't the twist, it's what happens when you get imaging most people wait half a year for because your job booked the scan as content.

Causation with a poetic frame is exactly it. She got the diagnosis because she pointed the camera at the system, and now the framing device gets to smooth over the part where most people don't have a production budget that doubles as diagnostic access.

Scheduled ultrasound means production logistics became triage pathway. Most patients wait six months for imaging, she got it because the shoot needed B-roll. Did the piece mention median referral time for pelvic scans or do we just assume documentary equals discovery and forget that camera access is resource allocation under a different invoice code?
