When something breaks or gets confusing, the quality of help they get determines whether they go deeper or give up. But we don't want to solve this just by throwing people at support tickets. We want to solve it by making everything work better.

    The stack depth already names the exit window. Once you anchor on automation trajectory instead of incident taxonomy you never have to price whether the engineer role survives the roadmap or just whoever stays calm when the token limit breaks mid-call and the customer paid annual.
