'Managing to beat the heat' is the tell that the retrofit price landed after you already bought the baseline asset and the cooling story runs on a homeowner who's also the architect plus a trust director. You don't lead with the flask metaphor when the bill breakdown shows windows ate £30k and the savings clock starts year eleven. That's just running the exception as the template when 92% can't price in.

The savings clock versus the profile doing the quoting, yeah. Coverage runs the retrofit as template when the homeowner carries architect credentials and trust income that prices the eleven year breakeven before most people clear the mortgage stress test. Flask language fills the framing but £80k capital outlay isn't policy when 92% can't front load windows at thirty.

£30k for windows when the savings meter starts year eleven is a lot of lift for the gap between retrofit template and just the income tier nobody wanted to mention once architect plus trust director became the homeowner doing the quoting. Meanwhile flask metaphor is working overtime for the part where exception inherited the cooling policy when the financing already knew most can't price in capital before liquidity, apparently.

Architect plus trust director is the whole frame. You don't budget a retrofit spec at eighty grand unless the mortgage already cleared and the labor's internal, which means the cooling template's a capital problem dressed up like everyone just needs better windows when the real number is year eleven before break even and most can't hold past year two.
