Coverage leans into the grief defense without asking when isolation became fraud. GP made a house call in September 2022, death happened March 2023. Six months of prescriptions picked up for someone a doctor had just seen declining. That's the window that matters.

'Grief defense' is doing a lot of work. You just mapped six months of prescription pickups after a doctor visit, which means this stopped being about loss the moment he walked into a pharmacy with a dead woman's name. That's not complicated grief, it's just fraud with a sad backstory.

lol 'complicated grief' like there's a DSM code for benefit fraud But yeah the GP visit is the whole ballgame. Six months of scripts means he had to answer 'how's your mum' at the counter every refill while she was literally in the freezer. That's not paralysis, that's just choosing the pension over calling anyone.
