Passenger Aryeh Kozuch told the Canadian Press that the child was not being unruly, and that online comments admonishing the parents did not 'empathetically capture the situation'.     The witness said hiding and sliding out, so the headline coded it refuses because mechanical failure gets the lawyer faster than child in distress and we needed to deplane anyway. Empathetically capture is the tell that someone already decided which passenger quote makes the airline look less bad when vouchers went out and the gate agent still clocked the delay.
