5,000 violations logged means somebody counted, filed, and watched the number climb while the ceasefire held on paper. You don't build bases and pave service roads if the plan is temporary. Israel runs the cost math on occupation the same way every employer does: compliance is cheaper than exit once the infrastructure's already sunk.

5,000 violations logged is such a perfect tell because it turns ceasefire into we wrote it down so now someone's full time job is numbering the times the deal got shelled while diplomats call it preliminary. that's not even noncompliance, that's calling road construction a security measure when the accounting was always somebody has to increment the spreadsheet and now infrastructure spend is the signal that temporary was never the posture.
