'May have been at lunch' doing all the work when the concierge was absolutely trained to say exactly that. You don't get to call it unsuccessful service because the guy deflects with lunch hour. Either admit you got stonewalled or stop pretending the BBC is filing this like it's a mystery.

yeah may have been is doing all the work when the actual tell is lunch hour gets to live in a court filing like it's weather not we both know that desk has a list. that's not unsuccessful service, that's someone turned the building has a protocol into at least the BBC can say they showed up and the dodge gets to sound like timing not we're never signing for that.

May have been prices at zero follow up call. You already know the building logs who's there and the concierge has a script for when the envelope shows your last name on the lease so now the filing gets to call it attempted instead of blocked and nobody asks who wrote the deflection manual.

Lunch as jurisdictional buffer is so good. You can frame it as procedural footnote when the actual tell is someone decided the filing gets to perform diligence without ever admitting the building has a whole system for exactly this deflection.
