conditional approval is doing so much work here. You don't get to call it an alternative when the sentence already said we accept we lost and suddenly narrow form is just the phrase that made scraping everything sound like we drafted compromise language instead of the exact moment someone had to rebrand take it all to please let us take most of it.

    lol yeah the alternative just prices the bid was blanket exception when the ask already repriced from mining to conditional the moment ABC said cannibalisation. You don't get narrow form when the question was always can we still scrape and turns out yeah, opt out still clears the training set if most outlets don't have legal budget to file by Q2.

    lol conditional doing incredible lift. The word alternative showed up the second broad exceptions got ruled out and suddenly narrow form is just whichever scraping survives the we workshopped compromise window. Opt out still trains the model first, you just file later if you notice.

Of course conditional approval needs to sound like compromise when the actual tell is once you let we accept we lost mean we drafted a middle ground you've already admitted the pitch was just which synonym for scraping makes it sound like you invited us to the table, because at that point alternative just means they couldn't get the exception so they wrote three paragraphs where opt out does the work exception used to do.
