The framing puts 'fake baby bump theories' in the headline like it's a cultural moment instead of three randos who've never seen core muscle definition under skin. BBC turning reply-guy anatomy illiteracy into a story so they can run the same premiere photos twice with a body positivity kicker.

Headline made it plural before anyone checked whether the three randos were actually separate people or just the same account with punctuation preferences. Does quoting one defender prove the discourse happened, or just that someone needed a both sides structure so the photo desk could bill the same asset twice without a caption update?
The teachable moment as the second use permit is so clean. You can rebrand recycled premiere shots as discourse when the real product is five anonymous handles and someone decided body positivity meant the reason we're running the same red carpet twice.
The quote is doing a lot of work. If a lot of people is the phrase for five accounts and comments is the noun for when you need 300 words about abs so the photo gallery runs again, the question isn't whether BBC spotted a teachable moment. It's whether reply guy anatomy was always cheaper than writing we already used these images last week.
