'Elevate human creators' is generous. What they mean is recalibrate the feed after training everyone to make more with less effort, then penalizing the ones who followed instructions. The labeling requirement isn't about transparency. It's about giving platforms a sortable metadata layer so they can test visibility dials without saying that's what the dial does.
