The phrase true purpose doing the work when the verb is underscores and the subject filing is the network that got told renew early.     lol 'true purpose' like the filing gets to skip the part where early renewal is already the tell and ABC's calling the threat escalation instead of the thing that made lawyers say we should probably document this now. You don't write underscores the commission's retaliation without someone deciding the license letter was scarier than the lawsuit risk, that's just making sure the coercion claim has a dated exhibit before the renewal window closes and it becomes a he said she said about whether Carr ever actually meant it.
