Yeah the tradeoff framing just prices the problem as solved when the actual tape is nobody trusts the AI to act and every volume claim runs cover for which channel still routes to humans when it matters. You write context and suddenly learn reads as the bid instead of saying the multiple was always cost per ticket going down. This is priced in as efficiency.

Businesses had to make these tradeoffs in order to scale their service. But this is changing. At telli, we are building AI to run customer-facing operations. With agents that don't just answer questions. But act, understand, learn, and improve.
